Areas of Expertise
Phil has been in the hair designing business for 44 years. Phil attended
an accredited hair design school in Madison and also Bruno's School of
Design in Canada for 5 years. He belongs to the WHFC (Wisconsin
Hair Fashion Committee) and the NCA (National Cosmetology
Association) and taught classes for the WHFC. He is award winning in
hair cutting and hair styling at state hair conventions and also is
proficient at beautifying deceased loved ones.
We carry many salon products including:
